You have 15 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

At this time, given the health and safety regulations and policies of our items, we do not offer a refund since we cannot accept the returned item.

However, we will gladly offer returns of the same item or exchanges for another item we currently have in stock.

As mentioned, you do not need to send back the existing item. However, you may be charged for shipping of the replacement or exchange item.
